Refund policy

*Please be aware that our online store is different from the New Bond Street store. The product you brought in the store cannot be returned online and online purchasing cannot be returned in the store. 

Shipping

The parcel will be shipping out within three working days of the receipt of the payment. All deliveries within the UK and International are handled by our trusted carriers.

UK Shipping

£10 shipping fee will be charged for all UK orders. 

International Shipping

£25 shipping fee will be charged for all International orders. 

Taxes & Custom

The customer will be responsible for any customer tariffs and import taxes. Oversea orders will be exclusive of the 20% VAT.

Return

You can return the order in 14 days if you are not satisfied with the product. We will refund to the original payment method in 7 working days once we got the return parcel. The product returned should be not worn and in original condition.

The shipping cost of return will be customers responsibility. 

The pre-orders and customized orders can not be return.

Exchange

Due to the high time consuming, exchange will not be accepted.
